Rentals are available at the base of the mountain so you can step right out onto the slopes or you can choose something downtown so whatever you need isn’t far away.

The Ski Slopes: Between Winter Park Resort and SolVista Basin at Granby Ranch, there are over 3,000 acres of terrain in the area to take your skis or snowboard for a ride through some pristine powder. Winter Park gets more snow than any other area in Colorado. Whether you’re an expert or only a beginner, there are many trails here for everyone.
3. Colorado Adventure Park offers a variety of super fun winter activities. Go tubing on a regular tube or a new advance airboard. 4. The Nordic Centers: The area boasts having some of the greatest cross country skiing trails in North America. The area has five public Nordic centers, Devil’s Thumb, Snow Mountain Ranch, Sol Vista Basin, Grand Lake Nordic Center, and Williams Peak Ranch. Together the five Nordic centers combine for a total of 350 kilometers of groomed trails that are excellent for cross country skiing, skate skiing, and snowshoeing.
